La Petite Maison, built by the house’s carpenter, Saint-Joseph, is restored using authentic materials from the mansion. Made of cut stones and connected by an ebony staircase, it features two upstairs bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with three singles—sharing a central bathroom. The ground floor includes a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and spacious kitchens. For hot summers, there's an internal courtyard with a garden and a room with a large screen for watching films.
